Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Sales/Business Development professional. The role involves driving customer acquisition, managing sales processes & cultivating client relationships

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.´
  • Proven ability in Sales Management to lead sales initiatives (Cold Calling, Linked IN, Conferences) and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for monitoring and reporting on sales activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Understanding of IT Technology & AI
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (German)are an advantage.
  • Understanding of project management or experience within document-driven Engineering industries is a strong plus.
