Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive based in Panchkula. The Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include efficient account management, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and contributing to the company's overall growth by collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive sales growth
  • Strong Business acumen and experience in Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to build strategies and collaborate effectively with teams to meet company sales goals
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
