What You'll Do
• Visit prospective clients such as clinics, hospitals, physiotherapy centres, and elder living communities
• Connect with vendors and partners to strengthen our healthcare network
• Schedule calls and meetings with potential clients and partners
• Introduce and promote The Health Equip's services and solutions
• Work closely with the management on meetings, follow-ups, and growth initiatives

Role Details
• Position:Sales & Business Development Executive
• Location: Pune & Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Field Visit
• Schedule: Full-time | 9 hours/day | 6 days/week
• Compensation: Salary + travel allowance + performance-based incentives on business generated
Role & Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and institutional clients
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication)
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and coordination (calls, WhatsApp, location sharing etc.)
• Ability to maintain simple records of meetings, leads, and follow-ups
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone required for field visits
• Basic understanding of sales, networking, or business development is a plus
Language requirements:
• English & Hindi
• Marathi (for Pune)
• Telugu (for Hyderabad)
