We cultivate, extract and supply premium Cordyceps militaris actives to B2B partners across nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals and functional food. Part of the Farmkart Group, our R&D is anchored at Reva Flora — a 13,000 sq. ft. ISO 9001-certified culture lab producing over 10,250 kg annually.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Gujarat is one of India's most active pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing corridors. Hundreds of processing plants near Ahmedabad are not yet working with Cordyceps-based ingredients. Your job is to change that.

As our first field sales person in the region, you will be responsible for opening new accounts — visiting plants, building relationships with procurement and R&D contacts, and getting Synervion ingredients onto formulation sheets. This role is made for someone who enjoys being on the road and thrives on meeting new people every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Field Sales

•      Visit processing plants, R&D centres and manufacturers across Ahmedabad and Gujarat to identify and qualify new accounts

•      Make consistent contact by phone, WhatsApp and in-person visits — and follow through reliably

•      Attend industry events and supplier days to build your network

AI-Assisted Selling

•      Use AI tools daily to plan your territory, personalise outreach and prepare for meetings

•      Share what you learn from the field with leadership to help sharpen our approach

•      Stay open to new AI workflows as they evolve — curiosity is as valued as experience

Account Development

•      Move qualified leads from first contact to sample stage, then to supply agreements

•      Coordinate sample dispatch and track customer feedback through to formulation sign-off

•      Maintain up-to-date CRM records for every account and interaction

Customer Intelligence

•      Capture objections, unmet needs and buying signals from every visit and feed them back to leadership

•      Note competitor activity and pricing signals so Synervion stays sharp

WHAT WE EXPECT

•      In the field a minimum of 4 days per week, visiting plants and meeting decision-makers.

•      Within 60 days: a live pipeline of at least 15 qualified prospects across different stages.

•      Within 90 days: samples dispatched to at least 8 qualified accounts, feedback tracked.

•      Within 6 months: at least 2 commercial supply agreements closed.

•      CRM updated same day for every call, visit or meaningful conversation. AI tools in active daily use.

WHO YOU ARE

•      1 to 4 years of B2B field sales experience in pharma, food ingredients, FMCG, agri-inputs, or a related sector

•      Comfortable walking into a plant cold, introducing yourself and earning a second conversation

•      Consistent and reliable follow-through — you do what you say you will do

•      Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working English for internal use

•      Curious about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and willing to build daily habits around them

•      Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate. Valid driving licence required.
