Role Summary

This role exists to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-fit opportunities for Broadcast.

You'll be the bridge between market demand and our solutions across marketing, AI, branding, and business growth. Your work will directly contribute to client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: Outreach → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
  • Identify and engage founders, business owners, brands, and growth-focused companies.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Track leads, conversions, pipeline movement, and revenue performance.
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels, outreach methods, and sales approaches.
  • Represent Broadcast professionally across all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or Growth roles.
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, SaaS, Technology, AI, or Agency environments.
  • Experience selling marketing, creative, technology, or consulting services will be an advantage.
  • Existing network within startup, founder, SME, or business communities is preferred.

  • Onsite – Hyderabad
