Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Identify companies with active hiring requirements.
  • Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, Directors, and Business Owners.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls.
  • Convert prospects into paying recruitment clients.

Sales & Outreach

  • Cold calling and cold emailing.
  • LinkedIn outreach and networking.
  • Lead generation using LinkedIn, Apollo, job portals, and company databases.
  • Follow-up and nurturing of prospects.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain CRM and lead trackers.
  • Track opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and conversion reports.

Market Research

  • Identify hiring trends and target industries.
  • Build prospect lists and decision-maker databases.

Required Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruitment agency sales.
  • Staffing industry business development.
  • HR services sales.
  • Corporate sales or SaaS sales.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on the candidate's capability and expertise )
