Role Description

This role, based in Udaipur, requires strong communication, numerical clarity, basic commercial understanding, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving business environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of Business strategies and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM/PM tools and business software to track and manage sales processes
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop actionable plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

Key Skills & Competencies

Communication & Language

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to write a 300-word explanation on a complex topic in a clear, structured, and simple manner.

Professional telephone etiquette.

Experience using WhatsApp for business communication, with appropriate language and tone.

Clear and professional email communication skills.

Analytical & Numerical Skills

Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, simple formulas, basic analysis).

High-school level mathematics with a clear understanding of MRP, mark-up, and mark-down concepts.

Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with invoices, pricing, and payment terms.

Problem Solving & Work Ethic

Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks and resolve them methodically.

Mobility & Flexibility

Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month across India, as required by business operations.
