About the Role:

We are looking for a hungry and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing digital agency. You will be responsible for converting leads into paying clients for our services – Google Ads, Website Development, and Sales Strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Conduct client meetings (online & offline)
  • Understand client requirements and pitch our services
  • Prepare proposals and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English + Local language)
  • Confident in speaking with business owners
  • Experience in sales (any field) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Freshers with strong communication & willingness to learn can also apply
  • Must have a laptop and good internet

Work Mode: Hybrid / Office + Field (as needed)What we offer:
