Role Overview:
The Sales & Business Development Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing techno-commercial proposals and converting enquiries into profitable business across UAE & Indian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Industrial sectors.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable orders
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, refineries and industrial clients
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, presentations and site visits
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up on quotations
• Track shutdowns, tenders, and maintenance projects for proactive business development
• Coordinate with estimation, operations, and project teams for smooth execution
• Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales pipeline effectively
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4–8 years of UAE/Indian experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of boilers, thermal systems, expansion bellows, chemical cleaning, and skid/piping fabrication
• Existing client network in UAE & India is a strong advantage
