Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in Coimbatore with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will take an active role in developing strategies to drive business growth, communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, and support sales initiatives in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and teams
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Experience in Customer Service to effectively manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
