The role involves identifying potential clients, making cold calls, pitching services, scheduling meetings, following up with prospects, and helping convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and market research
  • Pitch IDM's services, including social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, website development, and creative solutions
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their business requirements
  • Prepare and share proposals in coordination with the internal team
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings, proposals, and closures
  • Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and client communication records

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or B2B sales preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and client follow-ups
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services will be an added advantage
