Job Description

Position: Sales Consultant

Experience Required: + 2Years Location: Indore (Onsite preferred)

Location: Crystal IT Park, Indore

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in IT

services and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience

working with international clients and will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom

initial client calls to deal closure. This role demands excellent communication, consultative

selling skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Take ownership of assigned leads and drive them from initial contact to closure.

Conduct client calls to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Prepare and present proposals, sales documents, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, delivery) to ensure timely responses

and accurate estimates.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Support pre-sales activities including requirement gathering and solution discussions.

If managing a team, guide and train junior sales executives on outreach and conversion

strategies.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and negotiation.

Desired Skill Set:

Deep understanding of IT services, software development processes, and related

technologies.

Proven experience in selling to international markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia,

Middle East).

Ability to conduct consultative discussions and suggest development approaches.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and proposal

creation.

Skilled in lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.

Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.

High motivation and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
