Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional with 2 plus years of experience in the front-end of enterprise sales within an IT services, SaaS, or FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will have exposure to selling into or supporting sales for global banking clients, particularly Tier 1 banks.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial services domains, including core banking, payments, compliance, and digital modernization, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach for CIOs and CTOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive front-end sales activities including prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification
  • Develop targeted messaging aligned with banking and financial services use cases
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs) at global banks
  • Leverage CRM and intent-data tools to identify and track opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategy and pipeline growth
  • Utilize GenAI tools to enhance productivity, research, and outreach effectiveness

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in enterprise sales/front-end sales in IT services, SaaS, or FinTech
  • Strong domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and intent-data tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working with US time-zone overlap
  • Interest or experience in leveraging GenAI tools for sales acceleration
