About the Role
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. While leadership is currently based in California, this role will be critical in building and scaling our sales presence in India.
This is an end-to-end sales role combining lead generation, client interaction, and deal closing with direct responsibility for revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
Deliver product/service demos to prospects
Manage and track the entire sales pipeline
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
Close deals and contribute directly to revenue targets
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required)
Comfortable with cold outreach and client-facing conversations
Proven ability or strong inclination to close deals (not just lead generation)
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is a plus
