Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Business Developer and Franchise Sales Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential franchisees, developing strong client relationships, and driving franchise sales to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves conducting market research, creating franchise proposals, providing consultation for potential franchisees, and participating in marketing initiatives to promote the brand. Additionally, the manager will oversee onboarding processes for new franchisees and provide continuous support to ensure their success.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Business Developer & Franchise Sales Manager with minimum 4 years of experience in business development, franchise sales. The candidate will be responsible for expanding FABO's franchise network and driving revenue growth across Delhi & Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Sales & Expansion
• Identify and generate new franchise leads.
• Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings.
• Close franchise deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong pipeline of hot leads and LOIs.
• Coordinate site selection and feasibility analysis.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
• Handle inquiries from digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct F2F meetings and virtual presentations.
• Follow up and convert leads into signed franchise agreements.
• Maintain CRM and sales reports.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Monthly Franchise LOI Targets
• Revenue Collection Targets
• Lead Conversion Ratio
• Market Expansion in assigned states
4. Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years experience in Franchise Sales / Retail Expansion / Business Development.
• Experience in service industry (Laundry, QSR, Retail, FMCG preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
