Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory (Western and South region).
· Identify and acquire new customers in adhesives & sealants, thermal management, electronics manufacturing, and related sectors.
· Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain customer data.
· Coordinate with R&D/ Tech Service team for technical and commercial support.
· Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Business Development Responsibilities:
· Identify new market segments and growth opportunities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Daman,
Karnataka, Tamil Nadu Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to expand product penetration.
· Map key accounts and decision-makers within target industries.
· Track competitor activities and market trends.
· Introduce new product lines to potential customers.
· Build long-term partnerships with OEMs, manufacturers, and procurement teams.
· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
