Responsibilities
- Manage the team and work closely with Internal Control, Risk, Product, and Internal Audit teams of the bank.
- Monitor and manage sales activities across various banking products.
- Ensure timely execution and monitoring of controls in Business Correspondent (BC) operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, track sales targets, analyze performance data, identify improvement areas, and support sales teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making within the bank's sales operations.
- Support sales audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Assist the Risk team in investigations and control validations.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure timely submission of RBI reports.
- Encourage adherence to policies, rules, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Product team and provide valuable inputs on process improvements and automation.
- Stay updated with RBI circulars related to Payment Banks, especially those concerning Branch Authorization.
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Good in interpersonal skills
- Should be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbers
- Should have good working knowledge of using Excel and Access
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required
- Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is required
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to problem solving
- Good in analytical skills
