Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Attendant based in Mumbai. Hybrid job .The Sales Attendant will engage directly with potential and existing clients to promote YBF's services. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing information about membership benefits, facilitating sign-ups, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves ensuring a great customer experience by maintaining an organized and welcoming environment while working closely with the sales and events teams to support networking and mentorship initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing experience with the ability to explain membership and service benefits
• Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities to professionally address customer concerns
• Experience with Networking and Community Engagement is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
