Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Attendant for a full-time, on-site position located in Agra. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for promoting and explaining MML's microfinance products to potential clients, assisting in loan application processes, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing timely follow-ups to clients. You will play a key role in the growth and success of the institution through your dedicated support to members of the community.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs, build trust, and develop relationships
- Sales or marketing knowledge, with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, especially in microfinance
- Proficiency in record-keeping, data management, and basic computer skills
- High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the local language and market is highly advantageous
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset
