Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Kerala, India. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, assisting buyers in product selection, managing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. They will also ensure effective display of products and provide excellent customer service to promote sales and customer satisfaction. We are looking to brand our products in the premium retail shops with the help of the sales attendants
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to handle point-of-sale systems and manage payments accurately
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience (2 years preferred )in retail or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in the local language and basic English skills
