Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales inquiries, showcasing product features, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include processing purchase orders, maintaining the sales floor, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
• Sales and negotiation skills to identify customer needs and close transactions successfully.
• Product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate features and benefits clearly.
• Basic proficiency in using Point of Sale systems and maintaining transaction records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure an efficient and well-presented sales environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in sales or retail is a plus.
• Understanding of the printing industry and related products would be an added advantage.
