Sales Attendant

The Sales Attendant will support day-to-day sales operations by assisting customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring effective communication of product offerings. Responsibilities include providing information about products, handling customer transactions, maintaining records of sales orders, and fostering positive customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kalol Taluka, emphasizing face-to-face customer engagement.

• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and provide excellent service.
• Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Experience handling sales processes, negotiating deals, and closing transactions effectively.
• Organizational Abilities: Proficiency in managing records, handling orders, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with measuring instruments, industrial equipment, or related technical knowledge is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate efforts for effective sales operations.
• Reliability and Attention to Detail: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a focus on delivering accurate and timely support to customers.
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
