Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Responsibilities include explaining product features, assisting with account opening and documentation, handling customer queries, and providing follow-up support to ensure a positive experience. The role involves meeting sales and service targets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with colleagues to support branch-level goals. The Sales Associate is also expected to stay informed about product updates, compliance requirements, and market trends relevant to retail banking.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Sales aptitude, including prospecting, consultative selling, and achieving individual and team targets.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services, or a demonstrated ability to learn financial concepts quickly.
• Comfort with using computers and digital tools for data entry, documentation, and customer follow-up.
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and security procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Previous experience in sales, retail banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
