Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bharuch and vadodara. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, presenting product solutions, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks may include customer prospecting, conducting sales presentations, tracking leads, and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of the construction or building products industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Keen understanding of sales strategies and ability to work towards target achievement
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
