Lead Management
- Timely response to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Accurate qualification of leads based on defined parameters.
Customer Engagement
- Delivery of exceptional customer interactions at first touchpoint.
- Effective communication of brand story and value proposition.
Conversion Support
-Successful scheduling of qualified site visits for the senior sales team to convert maximum calls to VC
-Ensure Improved lead-to-visit conversion ratio by only qualifying quality leads
Technology & Data Management
- Complete, accurate, and updated customer records in lead hero.
- Generation of insights from customer data for better targeting
