Role overview

We are looking for a dynamic Associate - Sales (Presales) to support our sales team by managing inbound leads, engaging with prospective clients, and delivering a high-quality first customer interaction.

The role involves qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating site visits, and ensuring a hospitality-driven customer experience. This position offers strong exposure to luxury real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Qualify and screen leads based on interest, requirements, and buying potential.
  • Provide detailed information about Vianaars holiday homes, projects, and brand philosophy.
  • Schedule site visits and virtual meetings and coordinate with Sales Managers.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns by following up on generated leads.
  • Ensure excellent hospitality and customer experience in all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM / lead management systems.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve communication and engagement strategies.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards to track lead status and conversions

Lead Management

- Timely response to inbound leads and inquiries.

- Accurate qualification of leads based on defined parameters.

Customer Engagement

- Delivery of exceptional customer interactions at first touchpoint.

- Effective communication of brand story and value proposition.

Conversion Support

-Successful scheduling of qualified site visits for the senior sales team to convert maximum calls to VC

-Ensure Improved lead-to-visit conversion ratio by only qualifying quality leads

Technology & Data Management

- Complete, accurate, and updated customer records in lead hero.

- Generation of insights from customer data for better targeting
