Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding and enrolling parents and adult learners into PlanetSpark's transformative programs. You will engage with warm leads who have already experienced a demo class, build strong relationships, and facilitate a seamless enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with 65–70 highly qualified leads daily through personalized communication, including calls and video sessions.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful enrollment.
  • Conduct personalized video counseling sessions, effectively pitch trial classes, and address client concerns and objections.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed weekly revenue targets.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new clients.
  • Participate actively in training programs to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
