Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Vadodara location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored loan and mortgage solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, liaising with financial institutions, managing documentation processes, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout the loan application and disbursement stages. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge and market trends to deliver the best solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and financial institutions.
- Sales expertise, with an aptitude for relationship-building and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial products, loan processing, and mortgage services, with the ability to advise clients on the most suitable options.
- Proficiency in managing documentation, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn industry trends and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
