Job Title : Sales Associate
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive who can handle both inside sales (calling) and field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads over the phone, converting them into customers, and visiting clients when required to close deals and build relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesTele Sales (Inside Sales):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Field Sales:
- Visit clients for meetings, product demos, or deal closures
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collect payments and ensure proper documentation
Requirements- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or field sales (0–3 years)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
