Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, demonstrating automobiles, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding product features, closing sales, managing reports, and enhancing the dealership's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Understand automobiles by studying features, capabilities, and comparing competitive models.
  • Customer Development: Maintain rapport with previous customers, suggest trade-ins, meet prospects, and respond to inquiries.
  • Buyer Qualification: Understand buyer requirements and interests to match them with suitable automobile models.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, take customers on test drives, and clarify warranties and services.
  • Sales Closure: Overcome objections, negotiate prices, complete contracts, offer warranties/services/financing, collect payments, and deliver automobiles.
  • Reporting: Provide sales management information through timely and accurate reporting.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in educational opportunities and stay updated with industry publications.
  • Dealership Reputation: Explore opportunities to add value, accept ownership of requests, and enhance customer satisfaction.
