Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru, with a salary of up to 5 LPA. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable real estate options from the company's portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, conducting property discussions and site visits, and presenting pricing, features, and benefits clearly and accurately. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to support sales closures, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Associate will also stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory aspects to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, explain product features clearly, and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfort with using CRM or basic digital tools for lead management, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and conduct property visits as required, including on weekends or extended hours when needed.
