We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our residential real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, databases, networking, and digital sources

• Qualify prospects based on budget, location, configuration, and buying requirements

• Present residential projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other details

• Schedule and accompany customers for site visits

• Follow up with prospects and handle objections to drive conversions

• Coordinate with developers, CRM, documentation, and internal sales teams until closure

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM

• Stay updated on local projects, pricing, competition, and market trends

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp

• Prior experience in real estate, telesales, banking, insurance, or automotive sales is preferred

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply
