Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to promote the company's broking and investment products, explain service features, and support account opening and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, performing outbound and inbound sales calls, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The role involves guiding clients on available trading and investment options within regulatory guidelines, coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Associate will also work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, participate in local marketing or outreach activities, and stay updated on market trends, product changes, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for Demat, Trading, and Investment products

• Generate revenue through equity, broking, and third-party financial products

• Build and maintain relationships with HNI and retail clients

• Cross-sell products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Bonds

• Monitor market trends and provide investment guidance to clients

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries

• Achieve monthly revenue and business acquisition targets

• Maintain compliance and proper documentation as per company policies

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, client relationship management skills

• Knowledge of stock market and financial products

• Target-oriented with leadership capabilities

• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Broking, Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services

• Qualification Graduation required
