Job Description

A fast-growing player in the Residential & Commercial Real Estate brokerage and property services sector in India, focused on connecting buyers, sellers and investors through high-quality listings and end-to-end transaction support. We operate on-site across urban and suburban markets, delivering superior customer experiences, market insights and deal execution across property types.

This role is for an on-site sales professional who will drive property discovery, client engagement and deal closures across our portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified buyer/seller opportunities using structured outreach and follow-up rhythms.
  • Conduct property showings, market tours and virtual walkthroughs; present comparative market analyses and tailored proposals to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification site visits offer negotiation documentation coordination deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM; update listings and syndicate to major property portals.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure timely inspections, documentation and handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; prepare sales reports and market feedback to inform listing and pricing strategy.
