This role is for an on-site sales professional who will drive property discovery, client engagement and deal closures across our portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified buyer/seller opportunities using structured outreach and follow-up rhythms.
- Conduct property showings, market tours and virtual walkthroughs; present comparative market analyses and tailored proposals to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification site visits offer negotiation documentation coordination deal closure.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM; update listings and syndicate to major property portals.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure timely inspections, documentation and handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; prepare sales reports and market feedback to inform listing and pricing strategy.
