Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Tiruppur coimbatore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, People needed to look after loans and collections
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including building customer relationships and identifying client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members
- Basic understanding of financial services, transaction processes, and payment solutions
- Proficiency in using technology and tools related to sales and customer service
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and deliver results
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Fluency in local language(s) and English is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, retail, or related fields is an advantage
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in sales or finance are beneficial
