Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options that align with their budget and preferences. Daily activities include conducting property visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. The role involves explaining pricing, amenities, legal and financing aspects clearly, supporting clients through the documentation process, and ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to closing. The Sales Associate will also contribute to achieving sales targets, gathering market insights, and representing Prop Times professionally in all client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful property transactions.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to support clients throughout the home-buying journey.
• Good understanding of real estate markets, property features, and basic legal and financial concepts related to property purchases.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or lead-management systems to track prospects and sales activities.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct regular property visits, and manage time efficiently to handle multiple clients.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
