Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Greater Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Team collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales, inventory management, and transaction processing
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Familiarity with footwear or fashion retail is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High-school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
