Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting Openwire's technical solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client research, crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer care. Contribution to sales strategies and achieving sales targets are key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and goal setting
  • Ability to perform client research, assess client needs, and propose tailored solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools and understanding of sales pipelines
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, such as cloud services, managed services, and networking, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
