Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for IT service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation platforms.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and match them with customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, prospect, and customer information.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups to ensure deal progression.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technology solutions to effectively position our services.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Have

  • Prior experience selling to international clients (especially US, UK, or Middle East markets).
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, or custom software development.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation or working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
