Role Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Full-Time Sales Associate to manage day-to-day store operations and provide a warm shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, especially mothers and families, in a polite and helpful manner  

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products (sizes, combos, gifting options)  

- Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and overall presentation  

- Handle billing and basic cash management  

- Assist with stock arrangement, refolding, and restocking products  

- Ensure a smooth and welcoming in-store experience at all times  

- Open and manage the store during daytime hours  

Online Order Responsibilities (Website Only):

- Check and process orders received through the website  

- Pick and pack products neatly and safely for delivery  

- Coordinate with delivery partners/couriers for dispatch  

- Update order status in the system  

- Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch of all orders  

Requirements

- Minimum 10th/12th pass  

- Good communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)  

- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude  

- Interest in working with baby and kids products  

- Attention to detail for billing and order accuracy

- Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Experience using Shopify (POS or online orders) is preferred not mandatory

Working Hours:

- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per store requirement)  

- Weekly 1 day off (weekday)
