Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Simdega. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and promoting Mindora's educational programs, reaching out to potential customers, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with parents and students, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications
  • Sales skills and experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Basic knowledge of educational programs and the ability to explain their benefits
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in education or edtech sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
