Requirements
Qualification: - MBA- Marketing/IB (Graduate- any engineering stream)
Experience: - 0 to 2 years *(Minimum 6 months international experience require)
Position objective: -Revenue generation, Lead generation, Cold calling
Shift : US Shift (WFO)
Key functional area:
- Generation of qualified leads through various sources
- Cold calling
- Appointment setting with decision maker/s of the organization
- Knowledge of CRM
Key responsibilities:
- Cold calling, campaigning, bulk emailing, social networking etc.
- Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation
- Handle the initial level of calls with decision makers
Personal attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation.
- Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator.
- Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM.
- A go-getter, detail & result oriented.
- Excellent internet / web research capability.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly
- A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things.
