Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue by converting high-intent leads into paying customers. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience from first interaction to onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understands consultative selling, and wants to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into customers via calls and WhatsApp
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right driving package
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong pipeline hygiene
  • Track daily conversions and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy
  • Identify customer objections and improve pitch quality
  • Upsell relevant services (RTO assistance, car buying support, etc.)

What we are Looking for

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / EdTech / mobility / service sales
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred; Kannada is a bonus)
  • High ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Basic understanding of Google Sheets / CRM tools
  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Startup attitude adaptable, fast learner, action-oriented
