Job Description

Summary

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in the planning and execution of commercial events, Continuing Medical Education (CME) talks, and promotional activities. The intern will also gain field exposure by participating in ride‑alongs to observe and learn from sales representatives. In addition, the role involves supporting internal business activities, including meeting preparation, reporting, business tracking, basic analysis, and planning. This role requires close collaboration with relevant teams across the Singapore Operating Unit (SG OPU).

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Sales and the broader Sales team.
  • Assist with sales forecasting and tracking updates from the Sales team.
  • Support with the preparation and execution of team events, activities and product launches.
  • Participate in customer engagement initiatives and promotional events.
  • Support sales managers in tracking performance trends and aligning with strategic goals.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings, taking notes and capturing action items for follow-up.

  • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working alongside experienced professionals in analytics and technology.
  • Developed skills in stakeholder collaboration and translating business goals into technical requirements.
  • Learn how to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
  • Build knowledge in monitoring and maintaining data analytics products for performance and stability.
  • Enhance communication and presentation skills
  • Gain insights to planning-forecasting and on-field experience

Pre-requisite

  • Ability to commit full-time for a minimum of 4 months and above (Jun/Jul - Nov/Dec 2026). Part time applicants must be able to work for a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment.
  • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Project Management skill, etc • Presentation, administrative and planning skills

  • Keen interest to learn
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and communication skills in writing.
