Role Description

The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include actively engaging with customers, addressing queries, handling transactions, managing stock levels, and maintaining store displays. The role entails working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Sales and product knowledge, with the ability to recommend products, explain features, and upsell when necessary.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with colleagues and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Organizational and time management abilities to maintain store tidiness and stock levels while meeting sales expectations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions and updating inventory records.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
