Sales Associate (In-store)

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Associate to join the Biglilpeople retail team and create a warm, engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Reponsibilities

• Assist customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend products based on age, size, occasion and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain store presentation, product displays and inventory.
• Handle billing/POS and basic store operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Good sales and product understanding.
• Well-groomed and confident.
• Comfortable working in a mall environment, including weekends.

Location: Bengaluru

Stores: Nexus Whitefield & Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru

Experience: 3–4 years preferred | Retail/Fashion/Kidswear
