Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Pune. The Sales Associate will manage customer inquiries, promote Spardha's music and dance programs, and convert leads into enrollments. Key daily tasks include making outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, providing program details, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and achieving targets
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to handle objections and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • An interest in the performing arts is a plus
