Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health screening packages to individuals and corporate clients.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and referrals to convert them into appointments and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Educate customers on the benefits of preventive healthcare and appropriate screening packages.
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing health talks, roadshows, wellness events, and corporate outreach activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with clinic and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
