Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Chandigarh. The Sales Associate will promote and sell HDFC ERGO's general insurance products to customers through in-person meetings, branch interactions, and partner channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs-based discussions, explaining product features and benefits,The Sales Associate is expected to meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining good relationship with the channels partners.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial products, with the ability to learn and explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly.
• Good organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage leads, maintain records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage, but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply

Prefrence

Candidate which has expirence in bancassurance vertical or group health secure product vertical.
