Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Corlim, Goa. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting and selling Goan Fest products, maintaining excellent customer service, managing inventory, and assisting in marketing activities. Daily tasks will also include processing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and participating in team initiatives to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and marketing expertise with the ability to upsell and recommend products effectively
• Inventory management and organization skills
• Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues
• Basic computer literacy for processing transactions and record-keeping
• Enthusiasm for Goan culture and culinary heritage is a plus
• Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• High school diploma or equivalent education, prior retail or sales experience preferred
