Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Palampur. The responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting and selling products, maintaining inventory, processing sales transactions, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also assist in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while keeping the display organized and up-to-date. Collaboration with the team to enhance the overall customer experience is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and close deals effectively
• Basic inventory management and computer literacy for processing transactions and maintaining product records
• Knowledge of furniture hardware, kitchen fittings, or related products is an advantage
• Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
